Are you all white?

Well, what can I say.... it's been a while. I have really let my blog down lately but I am back now and will endeavour to catch up with a lot of the wedding work we have done since the last blog.

Sometimes the flowers just take over.....

I thought I would sort the last few months out in colour order, otherwise I would never get them all on.

So, nice whites and ivories to start with...

Handtied bouquet with Avalanche Roses, Spray Roses, Freesia and Gypsophelia.

Matching wand for the flowergirl.....

Shower bouquet with Calla Lillies, Avalanche roses, and ivory flowers with pearl detail..

Handited bouquet of Avlanche Roses with spray roses and full of diamante and glitter, this bouquet was delicious to look at in real life.

Bridesmaid bouquet of Avalanche Roses with foliage and gypsophelia.

Well I hope you found some inspiration from these bouquets, more colours to follow but for now....

Take Care

Nicola had a clear idea of what she wanted to hold at her wedding.  Her vision was all whites with a frosted feel.  Together, we decided on pure white hyrdrangea complimented by lisianthus.  The edging of white diamante feather detail completed this bouquet and was carried through to all designs.

For the venue, Nicola decided on a slender lily vase with Avalanche Roses, a large white feather and a sisal base.

Wand for the bridesmaids...

Corsage of lisianthus with feathers and diamantes.

Thanks for choosing us Nicola and hope you are enjoying married life...

Delicate yet Stunning

Natalie and her mum came to see me some time ago and from the minute we chatted, both her mum and I joked about Natalie's champagne taste in all things floral....  Hey, but I tell you, the girl had a vision and after a long day of preperation yesterday and a day of logistics and set up today, her vision became a reality and boy am I glad that girl had taste.

Natalie knew what she wanted, (in a completely lovely way).  I just hope that we managed to capture that vision in the designs we created below.  We got pictures of the civil room in the great hall in Peckforton Castle and pictures of the bridal flowers but because of the dual use of floral displays, we were unable to get pictures of the actual reception room.... hint hint Natalie and family!!!

So, without further ado, lets look at the pictures.  As usual, any feedback is gratefully received and Natalie, thanks for letting us be part of your big day.  Ps, your Mum's hat/fascinator looked fab today.. I bet you looked gorgeous too.

Lots of love Paula xxx

Natalies bouquet had Sweet Avalanche Roses, Spray Roses and Avalanche Roses

Heaven Roses in simple dome were designed for the bridesmaids.

And for the groom, a mixture of blooms from the bridal bouquet.

And, the groomsmen matched the bridesmaids, as they should.

The Mum chose to be in pinks too just like Natalie and this is her corsage.

The great hall, fabric swagging, archway and chair covers gave the basis for this room and with the addition of the candleabra designs, and some foliage swagging and fairy lights, the room was complete.  The devil is in the detail, don't you think?

The archway was fresh with roses, spray roses, hyrdrangea, gypsophelia and other filler flowers.  Truly stunning, espeically in "real life".

That's all for now folks, until Natalie and family send me some pics of the reception room at which point we will gladly share those too... xx
